Opportunities to travel and study

The study abroad program is dedicated to providing opportunities for student development, faculty development and curriculum development through out-of-district instruction. All out-of-district instructional programs offered by Florida Community College at Jacksonville shall adhere to the requirements listed below.

  1. Complete a “Florida Community College Study Abroad Program Proposal Form,” and secure approval from immediate supervisor and Campus President.
  2. Complete a “Request to Offer a Program or Course Out-of-State Form,” and submit required attachments.
  3. Coordinate with the designated administrator responsible for the study abroad program to ensure that the fiscal, marketing and internal accountability requirements for the program are implemented. Student Travel Advance Travel Draft Form
